If you’re feeling down, go outside for a while. After fifteen minutes in the sun, you will feel better than ever. The sun is an excellent source of vitamin D. Exposure to sunlight increases our levels of serotonin and melatonin, which helps up sleep better and feel more awake. Don’t stay out too long!
